Aikido of Honolulu
A non-profit dojo located in Nuuanu teaching Aikido, affiliated with Aikikai Hombu Dojo.
Aikido of Honolulu is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to teaching the Japanese martial art of Aikido, and is affiliated with Aikikai Hombu Dojo, the Aikido World Headquarters located in Tokyo, Japan. The beginners class teaches ukemi (breaking a fall) and applies it to introductory contact techniques in which students are tested on for promotion each year.
The advanced class expands upon contact techniques, often with more vigorous and dynamic ones practiced in class.
